Lack of clarity reflects a boss who deserves to be fired.
When you manage a team, you need to turn abstract thoughts (ideas) into clear, actionable steps. That’s how you make it easier for your members to get their work done.
The same goes for you in life. You are responsible for managing your own life. You use your thoughts to execute your actions, work, and relationships and handle problems.
You’re setting yourself up for failure if you don’t think clearly.
The mind craves clarity. Think back to the times you played games. Why does it attract you so much? You have clarity on your big goal – level up and clear the island. You have clarity on small goals – finding resources (in-game money) to level up. You have clarity in each mission (eliminating monsters, defeating opponents, etc.) to get resources. Of course, there will be times when the mission fails. But you know clearly that if you do it again, the skill increases, and then you will complete it. Clarity is the key to your success.
So, how do you think clearly?
Let’s write. Because writing will reveal your thoughts on white paper. At this time, you will use your consciousness to observe it, cut any excess, add more, and correct any distorted parts, and finally, your thinking becomes clear enough to act.
Simple as that.
Remember. Prioritize clarity instead of overvaluing natural intelligence – something that society often flatters. You don’t need the approval of others. You need clarity to move forward.
Remember to practice thinking clearly through writing.
