I have a transformation.
In the past, when someone seemed upset, I thought they were upset with me, and then the tiny world surrounding relationships gradually became fractured. But recently, I’ve started to think differently; their discomfort is simply a reflection of their problems in the past. Their outward appearance is merely a projection of their soul. I wondered whether I could help; if not, I would temporarily leave somewhere else.
This is a lesson I learned and applied from psychologist Carl Jung:
“Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.”
Your world becomes what you think of it. It is a giant mirror that reflects back your attitude towards it. When you are sad, suddenly your world becomes full of sadness, when you are happy, the world is laughing with you, when you fight with the world, the world fights with you, when you start walking towards the world, the world starts walking towards you. – Vadim Zeland
That’s right.
The physical world is a projection of your mind. When you think of yourself as someone else’s anger, you become that person in the world around you. When you ask the world, “Who am I?” the world will respond with your thoughts.
The outside world includes your body and the surrounding environment. Your body is a manifestation of your mind (the mind creates appearance). The environment will be the result of what you do. Whether indirectly or directly, the outside world will reflect the inner mind. You will become what you are thinking.
If you think positively about great goals (instead of getting hung up on everyday trivial things) and believe you can do it, One day, your wish will come true.
So, how do you direct thoughts to positive things?
Personally, I only let my mind wander while walking (when there is no impact from the outside environment). When I’m with people, I learn to observe and feel more.
Step 1, you must know that you are conscious; your mind is just your servant. Don’t think; learn to think. Learn how to become a true boss and master your thinking.
Step 2, observe and feel more. As you observe and feel, your awareness becomes more robust, and your analytical mind weakens. This is the time for you to take the opportunity to master your mind and then direct it to good things.
Good thoughts will attract good things.
The mind is like a tiger in a circus. It cannot be conquered on day one or two. But if it rains for a long time, it will definitely do it. This is the process in which you gradually change your own destiny.
